On August 6, 2010, a 4th Continual Assessment Visit (surveillance) Audit for ISO 9001:2008 certification has been carried on. The outcome of this CAV-4 audit recommends that PT. PUDAK SCIENTIFIC IS ELIGIBLE TO CONTINUE CARRIYING ISO 9001:2008 certification. This is achieved through our continuously Good ISO 9001: 2008 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. PT. PUDAK SCIENTIFIC always implements systems upgrades. In this 4th period we have made a new Work Instruction (WI) for handling product reworks (PWI-02-05.2). With this new Work Instruction we are aiming for a more efficient rework process handling. This WI is listed in QA section especially under Inspection Procedure.
In addition to system upgrades in the last 6 months, PT. Pudak Scientific also continue to upgrade the quality and production capacity. In this period the management of PT. PUDAK SCIENTIFIC has bought some production machines and measurement tools, such as:
